Submission-based zines combining text and original photos and drawings. The full-colour digital zine For Girls Who Cry Often was originally released on Gumroad in August 2016. The black and white version was originally printed on pink bond paper from my HP Laserjet shortly thereafter. The print run lasted from 2019-2020. This PDF was re-released for Gumroad in April 2020.
Original description is as follows:
"Zine Synopsis
For Girls Who Cry Often
is a comics/writing/photography zine I created with the help of 20+ contributors who shared their stories with me and remain anonymous. It shows vignettes of grief, recovery and self-destruction through the personal experiences of young women and female-presenting people. This zine ultimately implores the reader to empathize and self-reflect.

The full-colour digital zine Young Love was originally released on Gumroad in June 2015. The black and white version was originally printed on pink bond paper from my HP Laserjet shortly thereafter. The print run lasted from 2019-2020. This PDF was re-released for Gumroad in April 2020.
Original description is as follows:
"On June 7 i created and uploaded a google form to facebook and twitter asking my friends list of (predominantly) teenagers to answer a few personal questions for a zine. Their experiences and stories were slightly altered, made anonymous, hand-written and put into this zine.
Young Love explores personal accounts and thoughts of different people and gives a look into the nature of crushes, dating and relationships at a young age."
This download consists of 2 digital zines.
